If you or somebody you know needs our help please contact us about the referral process and how to obtain a ‘foodbank voucher’.

We work other organisations, churches and individuals and also receive support from the County and Borough Councils to provide three days of emergency food to people in need. Those in need are often identified by and referred to us by these organisations and local care professionals. To help solve longer term issues, we work with other appropriate agencies.

You can support this project by donating money or items of food.

If you’d like to make a food donation please ensure that it’s non-perishable and has a long use by date.

Food parcels can be collected between 9.00am -3.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to have a foodbank referral from a registered organisation to collect a food parcel. These can be obtained via CAB, Social Services, Children’s Centres, Support Workers, Probation etc.

Food can be dropped at our Dettingen Way office between 9.00am -3.00pm Monday to Friday. We also have collection points in Waitrose and the CO-OP (Out Risbygate)

All food must be non-perishable (tinned or packets), with at least three months’ date left on and unopened. See our shopping list for more details.
